The live video support is available from 5pm to 6pm every school day.
Students are free to use this service as many days as they like!
There is no need for a student to turn on their camera, only their microphone!
To be fair to other students, the live video support should only be used to ask specific questions that ideally take five minutes or less to answer.
EXAMPLE QUESTIONS
"The answer in the back of the book is different to my answer. Where am I going wrong?"
"I used a different method but got the correct answer. Am I allowed to use this method in my exam?"
"I have no idea how to to even start this question. Can you help?"
etc.
If a student instead needs general help with a topic, we recommend either joining our weekly classes or booking a one-to-one grind.
