CLASSES

A visitor must accurately complete the full classes checkout process in order successfully book a slot for the corresponding course of classes.

When booking this course, a visitor agrees to be charged the amount shown at checkout. Such a payment grants that visitor permission to attend a class for each of the (remaining) thirty weeks of school term, the times and durations of which are stated during the checkout process.

The student will also gain access to recordings of these classes until the end of June, in addition to the additional resources stated on the checkout page.

Due to the difficulty in finding a replacement student after a course has already commenced, a visitor may only be partially refunded if they wish to cancel their attendance of the classes within the course, the amount by which is outlined below:

  • 100% refund if the request was made after the first class.
  • 50% refund if the request was made within the first 5 of the 30 classes.
  • 25% refund if the request was made within the first 10 of the 30 classes.
  • 0% refund if the request was made after the first 10 of the 30 classes.

If the student, parent of guardian instead personally knows of a student who would be willing to act as a replacement, that replacement can be made as long as we have been notified of said replacement.

A changing of the timeslot of the classes can also be requested, no questions asked, if 1) at least 24 hours notice is given before the time at which the course is due to commence and 2) a suitable timeslot is available in the corresponding calendar. Any requests for a changing of the timeslots within 24 hours is instead at the discretion of Exams.ie and may be declined.

We reserve the right to refuse either of the above requests if we believe that a visitor has been making an unreasonable amount of said requests.

During each class, a student is expected to behave in a similar manner to that outlined by the “Code of Behaviour” of their school. If a student instead behaves in a manner that we believe is reducing the overall effectiveness of that class, we reserve the right to remove that student from that specific class. If such behaviour is repeated over multiple classes, we reserve the right to remove that student in advance from all remaining classes without the possibility of a refund.
